Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - Phx by IHG

If you are tired of paying the high parking rates at Phoenix Sky Harbor, try using the garage here at the Crown Plaza. Staying at the hotel is not required to use their garage, which is open to the public. Yes, they do charge, but it cost us about $100 less for a two-week park than at the airport. The hotel shuttle is free and it will take you right to your gate.This saves one the drive to the airport and the hassle of looking for a place to park there. The garage here is of course smaller than the one at Sky Harbor, but it is clean, well-lighted and has a security service. I felt safe there and felt good about leaving my car. I like a middle tier of the four ramps and an inside parking place. I also take a cell phone photo of the space number, which helps me find the car later.

Convenience at it's best! Direct access to the light rail, covered parking, air tram for Sky Harbor Airport also directly across the street. Nice dining room and bar/lounge area to relax and a perfect sized pool. Definitely a hidden gem in Phoenix!

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Valley Metro station right outside as I came for the Innings Festival in Tempe. I had no issues at this hotel. I thought the lobby and rooms were clean and the staff were respectful. The cucumber water they have at the front was delicious as well and the free coffee they have outside the hotel restaurant in the mornings. Had no problems finding parking ($14/day) and there was no outside noise from our 4th floor room. I would stay here again.

We stayed here prior to Christmas and it was a disaster. The manager, Keanu Parras, got involved and saved the day. We experienced poor food service at The Post, a continuous running toilet and roaches in our room. The roach incident was shared with Julian and what an experience! Keanu is certainly more capable at many levels. We returned after Christmas and experienced a very positive and incident free two-days. We will stay here again and you should too.

This hotel is great, I went here for business. It was quiet and nice. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Stayed here for about a week and one day. Bed was comfy and pillows nice. I definitely recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is I wish the room had more outlets to charge my devices.

I had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport. From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptional, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Maddie (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly), who quickly resolved the only small hiccup I encountered and made sure everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail and customer service really stood out and made a big difference. I also usually enjoy the breakfast here, and it continues to be a highlight. Dinner was excellent as well, and the bar area is a great place to relax and watch sports. Overall, this location delivers consistent quality, great service, and a comfortable experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Julien was great! He made it a super easy check in. However, $12 for parking is excessive, there was hair in the shower upon check in, & we needed more towels but the phone didn’t work on the 9th floor. I called from my cell for more towels and was told that the one and only housekeeper working is filling 6+ other tasks. I said we would wait, but the towels never came.

I was there for a conference and had lunch in the adjoining room. This review is for the servers there. One in particular, Luis was exceptional. He was kind and went out of his way to make my dining experience great. I found all the servers to be attentive. I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the conference and lunch.
